Q1: What is the lead time of sample and bulk order?

A1: It normally takes 7~10 days for sampling (except complicated style). 

Bulk order will take 30-35 days after sample approval (stock fabric to be used)

Q2: What is your minimum order quantity?

A2: Our minimum order is 576 pieces per style. You can combine 1~2 colors or styles to meet our minimum order. 
We will only charge little more for the small order which can not meet our MOQ

Q3: How to place my order?

A3: Just click the “contact us”, send your required by email or online. We will reply you within 24 working hours. 

Q4: Which payment term you can accept?

A4: We accept T/T payment.

Q5: How to ship my order? What’s your normal shipping document?

A5: You can ship by express (FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS), by air and by sea. 

Our normal shipping documents are: 

1, Commercial invoice ;

2, packing list ;

3, Certificate of origin or Form A (if available) ;

4, other statements as per LC request.
